Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Landed — the website and the product. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Landed uses AI to find relevant job openings, tailor resumes and cover letters to your profile, and — where you turn it on — automatically submit applications on your behalf. Where you enable auto-apply, you authorize Landed to submit applications to third-party employers and job platforms using the documents and profile information you provide. You're responsible for keeping that information accurate.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Landed. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us right away at hello@landed.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

• The free tier includes a limited number of applications; paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Power) unlock higher monthly volume, billed in INR on a monthly, quarterly, or annual cycle.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Except where required by law, fees for applications already submitted are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information in applications submitted through Landed.
• Use Landed to spam employers or job platforms, or otherwise abuse the automation.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or provide third-party access to the service without our written permission.
• Use Landed for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party platforms

Landed interacts with third-party job boards, applicant tracking systems, and employer portals we don't control. We're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or hiring decisions — those rest with the employer or platform.

No employment guarantee

Landed helps you apply more effectively; it doesn't guarantee interviews or job offers. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Ownership

We own the Landed product and software. You own the resumes, cover letters, and other content you provide, and you grant us the license needed to process it in order to deliver the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Landed isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Landed at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled afterward.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Landed's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
